Notice for Parents/Guardians

1. Uniform and Cleanliness: Students must always come to school in a clean and proper school uniform.
2. Punctuality and Regularity: Ensure your child attends school regularly and on time.
3. Book and Notebook Maintenance: Students should keep their books and notebooks clean and tidy at all times.
4. Supervision of Studies: Please ensure your child studies regularly at home.
5. Entry to Classrooms: Parents/guardians are not permitted to enter classrooms.
6. Main Gate Access: Do not enter the main gate during school hours without a specific reason.
7. Student Health: If your child is unwell, please do not send them to school.
8. Mandatory Uniform: Students must always wear the prescribed school uniform to school.
9. School Diary: The school diary must be sent with the student every day.
10. Attendance Requirement: Low attendance will prevent a student from appearing in examinations. Please ensure your child maintains good attendance.
11. Student ID Card: Ensure your child carries their school ID card with them every day.
12. Bag Weight: Keep your child’s school bag weight within a manageable limit.
13. Mid-day Meal: Encourage your child to participate in the school’s mid-day meal program.
14. Water Bottle: Every student must bring their own water bottle.
15. Avoid Crowding: Do not crowd the main gate without a valid reason, as it disrupts the smooth functioning of the school.
16. Bank Account: If you belong to the SC/ST/OBC/MINORITY category, please open a Zero Balance Savings Bank Account. Necessary certificates can be collected from the school office.
17. Contact Information: Please provide your mobile number to the class teacher at the beginning of the academic year for communication purposes.
18. Special Needs: If your child has any specific issues, please inform the class teacher in writing.
19. Co-curricular Activities: Encourage your child to participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, quizzes, drawing, and recitation. These activities do not harm their studies.
20. Damage to School Property: Any student who intentionally damages school property will be expelled.
21. Group Penalty: If school property is damaged, all students in that class will be fined.
22. Class IX and X Attendance: Students in classes IX and X with less than 70% attendance will not be allowed to fill out the form for the Madhyamik Examination.
