CELEBRATING OUR SPORTS ACHIEVERS

We are proud to announce the exceptional achievements of our students who have excelled in various sports disciplines at District, State, National, and International levels. Please join us in congratulating the following students:

Class VII

• Sayan Baidya: He participated in district-level swimming competitions and achieved First, Second, and Third positions in the special category of Backstroke.
• Srijoy Shikdar: He has actively participated in Taekwondo competitions at the district, state, and national levels, earning multiple medals for his commendable performances.
• Hinanmay Mojumdar: He has taken part in various district- and state-level Yoga competitions and has won medals for his achievements.

Class VIII

• Rohit Paswan: A district-level athletics player, he secured First place in inter-district athletics competitions held at Boubazar Center Club Ground for two consecutive years (2023–2024).
• Debarpan Debnath: A dedicated swimmer, he participated in the district-level swimming competition organized by Rishra Swimming Club in 2023 and achieved Second place.
• Annab Dutta: A talented chess player who has participated in state, national, and international tournaments. With a clear vision to advance further, he secured Third place at the International Polytechnic Institute, Bengaluru (2026).

Class X

• Debjit Das: He has demonstrated consistent excellence in State and National-level Karate Championships from 2018 to 2025.
  • Achievements: First/Second in Kolkata (2018), First in Kalyani (2019), First/Second in Diu (2019), Second in Asansol (2022), and First/Second in Delhi (2025).
  • National Level: At the Championship held at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata, he achieved Second position (2023–2024) and secured First position in 2025. His sustained achievements are highly commendable.
• Ankit Roy: In Taekwondo, he secured First position at the State level in the Fight event of the BTTA Inter Club State Taekwondo Championship–2024 (Cadet Boys category).
• Sagnik Bhui: He has actively participated in eight different sports disciplines, being selected as a player in one specific category. He also participated in the 67th West Bengal State School Games in the Under-14 Years category.
• Piyus Haldi: Representing our school in the Athletics Meet 2023, he participated at the Chandannagar Block level and secured First position in the Sprinting Event.
• Arpan Ghatak: A dedicated Cricket player who has participated in various district-level and state-level cricket tournaments.
• Deepak Shaw: A Football player who represented our school in the Inter School Football Championship in 2025.
• Shraban Kumar Das: A medal-winning Taekwondo player at both State and National levels with a total of 7 Gold, 2 Silver, and 4 Bronze medals at BTTA State Championships (2016–2025).
  • Recent Achievements: In 2023, he secured Second position (Cadet Boys 61–65 kg) at the 28th National Taekwondo Championship in Lucknow.
  • 2024–2025: He secured Second position (U-17 Boys 68–73 kg) at the 68th West Bengal State School Games (2024). In 2025, he achieved First position (Junior Boys 62–65 kg) at the BTTA 7th Open National Taekwondo Championship in Kolkata, Second position (Junior Boys 68–73 kg) at the 15th National Championship, and First position (Junior Boys Under 73 kg) at the National Taekwondo Championship.
